Let's do a little more vintage souvenir shopping in honor of the 25th Anniversary of EPCOT Center. This series of character-themed decals predated the 1988 opening of the Norway pavilion. Mickey dominated the mix, appearing on seven of the ten selections. Donald was even then channeling his Three Caballeros persona for Mexico. The decals were part of a larger wave of character merchandise themed to World Showcase that appeared in the mid-to-late 1980s and included plush, novelties and apparrel.

Let's do a little more vintage souvenir shopping in honor of the 25th Anniversary of EPCOT Center. This series of character-themed decals predated the 1988 opening of the Norway pavilion. I always liked the font choices on these - especially Mexico and United Kingdom. I've always been interested in scanning and making good, digital vector copies of all these, plus those logos for the Israel and Equatorial Africa pavilions...
The Japan Minnie and the China Chip and Dale are very similar (in costume) to the figures in the McDonald's Epcot Center Happy Meal of many years ago.
