Windows to the Past: Newsboys in Tomorrowland

Brothers Mike and Dick Steenberger pose for a Los Angeles Examiner photograph at Disneyland on May 25, 1958.  The siblings were treated to a day at the park as their prize for winning a newspaperboy competition sponsored by the Examiner.  The two are holding a model of the TWA Moon Rocket that looms distinctly behind them.  The photograph is part of the Los Angeles Examiner Negatives Collection of the USC Digital Library.
