We are still exploring the avenues of Toontown in our series of Freeze Frame! posts related to the 1988 film Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Let us leave those dark and claustrophobic side alleys of our prior two posts and return to the zaniness of Toontown's main thoroughfares.
J. Thaddeus Toad has a love of all things fast and furious, as demonstrated by his motor car antics in the 1949 animated feature The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad. In Who Framed Roger Rabbit, he trades up to a fire engine and careens across the screen just after Eddie Valiant arrives in Toontown. It is a very, very quick split second cameo, but then again, Toad was never known for sitting still in one place for very long.

I'll watch the originals. I will not suffer that travesty of a movie Roger Rabbit. Blech. Awful. Awful story, awful animation, and UGLY.

Awful my eye. Where has all the hatetred of this film come from recently? It seem to be a "populer" thing to do on this film.
Nic,
It's most likely the same sad little man posting on all the blogs whenever Roger Rabbit is the topic. He's got a Google Alert set up to notify him whenever there is something posted regarding Roger Rabbit and then he does a drive-by posting on how horrible the Roger Rabbit movie is. Just an obsessed troll with too much time on his hands (unemployed , living in his Mom's basement , no doubt) Pay him no mind.
