Here is the first post in our series featuring the attraction pages from the EPCOT Field Guide. The guide was made available at EPCOT Outreach during the early 1990s. Future World pavilions came first, starting with World of Motion. The post reprinting the introduction page can be found here. Click on the image for an enlarged version.

Oh, that makes me so sad. I really miss the World of Motion - "It's fun to be free, to be on the move..."
Another wonderful immersive attraction replaced by a quick thrill ride. And I love that fact about all the props the old ride had - Test Track is pretty much a bare building. How sad...
Thank you for visiting 2719 Hyperion. Our mission is to present informative and enjoyable content relating to any and all types of Disney entertainment. 2719 Hyperion is dedicated to the memory of Walt Disney and explores and celebrates his legacy of creativity and innovation that very much originated within the walls of the Walt Disney Studios complex, once located at 2719 Hyperion Avenue near Hollywood, California.
As part of our ongoing research efforts, we are interested in acquiring vintage Walt Disney World vacation photographs from 1971-1985. Please contact us via our email link if you have any material you would like to share or offer for sale.
"It is a curious thing that the more the world shrinks because of electronic communications, the more limitless becomes the province of the storytelling entertainer"
