Snapshot! - Halloween on Main Street USA

The good citizens of Main Street U.S.A. have some fun Halloween representations in Town Square at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom. The seasonal decorations for fall, while not approaching Christmas levels, have certainly been ramping up the past few years. Fun stuff.

  1. I'm rather fond of Main Street's fall festival this year - needs about ten times more hay bales and corn stalks, but otherwise it's great. I love how the food prep scarecrow's costume is all stained so it really implies that these are cast-off clothes they used to make the scarecrows.

Although the 'See ya Real Soon' pumpkins above the exit are cute, what kills me is the pumpkins above Casey's and the Fire house - the ones above Casey's have things like hot dogs and fries carved into them, and the ones above the firehouse have directions to the rest rooms! did you notice these?

  2. Those scarecrows look a little too fibreglassy for me... Maybe it's just the picture...
