Highly recommended.DizWizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15972075156598004058noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34647587.post-36511939711591140232011-05-19T19:06:01.348-04:002011-05-19T19:06:01.348-04:00GReat analysis! I actually quite like Melody Time, though like Fantasia - which is my favorite Disney film - I have a tendency to skip over the shorts I don't care to watch repeatedly. Thus I can't help but compartmentalize as well, noting that Pecos Bill is one of my favorite pieces of Disney animation period (plus I love Roy Rogers and the Sons of the Pioneers, to whom I was introduced via this short), I enjoy revisiting Donald and Jose in Blame it on the Samba, and am stunned by Mary Blair's work in Once Upon a Wintertime. Despite skipping through, Melody Time is one of the Disney discs I pop in more often.Cory Grosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12141983255020503557noreply@blogger.com
